Consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, and open relationships can involve meaningful connection as well as questions about boundaries, jealousy, time, and changing agreements. You may want help talking across partners, or you may be sorting through your own needs and insecurities.

Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
Do you assume monogamy is the goal?
No. Non-monogamy counseling starts with your values, agreements, and the relationships you are choosing. The goal is not to steer you toward one relationship structure.
Can one partner come alone?
Individual therapy can help you clarify your experience and how you want to communicate. See the individual therapy page.
Can more than two partners attend?
Please use a consultation to describe who would attend and what support you are seeking so we can clarify fit. We can discuss the relationship configuration and practical needs before scheduling non-monogamy counseling.
