Couples Counseling

For couples who want more- do it with intention.

In-person counseling in Boulder, Colorado Online throughout Colorado

This is an opportunity for realignment, a relationship tune-up, reconnection, and repair. Couples therapy gives you a place to slow down, understand what happens between you, and practice relating in a new way.

The goal is to make the pattern visible, create room for a different response, and build a relationship that feels more like the one you want to inhabit.

With intention

You do not have to wait until your breaking point.

Couples counseling can be preventative, developmental, and deeply rewarding—not exclusively a last resort. If you feel that there is room for improvement, strengthening, or greater alignment, this work is for you. I especially enjoy working with couples who are willing to look honestly at their own patterns, stay curious, and try something new.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to be in crisis to start couples therapy?

No. Couples often begin because they want to strengthen a relationship, prepare for a transition, or become more intentional before a pattern becomes entrenched. Couples in a crisis have space for work here too. Reach out to see if it’s the right fit.

Can couples therapy help if we do not fight very much?

Yes. Distance, avoidance, uncertainty, and difficulty talking about needs can be just as important to explore as frequent conflict.

Do you offer premarital/pre-commitment counseling?

Yes. Premarital counseling can help you have the conversations, develop the skills, and create the relationship culture you want before the stakes feel high. Life transitions together are a wonderful time to move with intention.

Can couples counseling be done online?

Yes. I offer secure telehealth couples counseling to clients located throughout Colorado, as well as in-person sessions in Boulder.
