Information this website receives

This static website does not contain an intake form, advertising tracker, or user account. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access, to operate and protect the site.

Client Portal

Links for consultation requests and the Client Portal open a separate service used for inquiries, scheduling, and secure communication. Information entered there is governed by the notices and agreements shown in that service.

Email

Ordinary email is not intended for confidential clinical information or urgent needs. Existing and prospective clients should use the Client Portal for sensitive communication.
